Believe in Your Life - Live as You Believe
Nothing is further from the truth. All prayers are heard, no matter how they are
worded, and all prayers are answered.
You do not need to have special words or training to pray to God or any of His team
- all you need is to be sincere, to have a genuine need of help. Just be aware that
God is never too busy to take your prayers, the line is never engaged!
If you really need to ask for help from God, then just ask. Simple as that!
Understanding the answer back from Him can sometimes be a little difficult, if not
downright tricky in the beginning, but you will very soon get the hang of it and
all will be revealed.
Ask for specific help in your prayer, but do not ask for or suggest a specific solution.
God knows more about our lives than we do and solutions that we think are good, may
only make things worse a bit further down the line.
Just ask for help, and let the right solution come. Just be aware that it may not
be what you expected, and it could be a sign or message and not the spoken word.
Look for it and you will find the answer that is right for you!
So, the answers to the above questions is an emphatic yes.
The reality is that we can talk to God at any time, without any preamble, and without having to use special words.
He will hear you.
Importantly He will also answer you, but the issue is that we may not hear the answers because they are unexpected in the way they are given, and there is the thought that perhaps we are not getting what we asked for!
But before we begin to explore understanding prayer, there are other issues that we need to appreciate.
You have to look at just how much real value you put on the life you are living and whether you are on a treadmill to nowhere. The formula for happiness includes aspects of your life that are really important to you and fulfil you. These do not include purchases that have left you with debts and repayments to make.
You really need to have a look at creating another sort of account, and one that is not with a moneylender or bank.
How about opening an account called perhaps, a Personal Fulfilment Account. This is an
account that you can pay into at any time, without borrowing, and one that the more you put into it, the better you will feel, every day.
You may say that you have none, but look for and store away all the small moments of the day that made you happy - look for them, they are there!
Find them and bank them, in a short while you will be surprised how much better you feel because you have some good memories. Perhaps they are small at the moment, but believe me, if you believe in them, then they will grow and grow.
Learn to do this, even only a little bit, and you will find yourself on a different pathway. Walking on God’s pathway may sometimes seem less attractive than one that would have cost a lot of money, but it is free, and the growth you will achieve on it will amaze you!
The bonus is that as you move along this pathway, lots of things will seem to come easier, and you may notice that you are finding that there are answers to prayers after all!

So you think that prayer is a waste of time as no-one listens and you never ever
seem to get an answer !
